Can the courier call me before delivery?

If you have selected the Economy Door to Door delivery option, unfortunately, a call service is not offered by the courier. This economy option is a service intended for an 'anytime' delivery on business days, typically occurring during normal business hours.

The courier company cannot predict a time when the driver will arrive at each address, as it is dependent on the amount of deliveries, area size and traffic.

However, the following requests can be made, provided that this information is entered in the order/delivery comment at the time of ordering:

* Request a sms notification on the day of delivery in advance of the driver's arrival. Please request in your message.
* Delivery to take place on a certain day/s - a day which you know you will be available at the address to receive your parcel.
* A large window period within a business day can be given, for example "office hours from 9am to 4pm" or “Only after 8am” or “Only before 4pm”.

Please choose an Xpress Door to Door delivery option if you need more your parcel delivered sooner and within a small window period that morning, or request an upgrade on a pending delivery. More detail about the option(s) and fees can be offered when we receive your message.
