Can a cancelled order be reactivated?

If we do not receive payment for an order within 3 working days, or you requested a cancellation of the order, it is regarded as cancelled from our side, and stock is no longer reserved.

If cancelled, we will still have an easily accessible copy of the order available for 24 months. While we can't change the cancelled status, it's easy to for us to provide you with such on request. You can then reorder, but products will be limited to stock availability at the time, and invoiced at the current cost.
